DELIVERIES IN AUSTRALIA
Deliveries are made by courier.
For deliveries up to 5kg, we use Australian Post.
We will ensure that your purchases are packed in the most economical box depending on volume, weight and size.
Deliveries should take no more than 7 days. Urgent deliveries must be arranged separately and in advance.
All deliveries will have their own tracking number so you can follow your parcel from start to finish online.
For deliveries over 5 kgs we use Interparcel Australia. The cost of freight will very much depends on location, weight, size and volume. However all our products have this information available so you can check out the price of freight with Interparcel Australia yourself before committing.
We use Interparcel Australia for all international deliveries. The cost of freight wills again very much depends on your geographical location, weight, size and volume. However all our products have this information available so you can check out the price of freight with Interparcel Australia yourself before committing.
We do not charge handling cost as this is simply part of our job.
SWAFFELS’ RETURN POLICY
At Swaffels Pty Ltd, we want you to be happy. We also want you to be happy with the goods you purchased from us.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We are confident that you love our equipment and products but sometimes things just don’t work out as you planned.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Swaffels will offer you a refund for the price of the goods (excluding delivery) provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
- You produce your original Swaffels invoice with the returned goods;
- The item is in resalable condition including:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
- The product is not one on which a “change of mind” return is not available (see below).
If these requirements are not satisfied Swaffels reserves the right not to offer a refund for change of mind returns.
Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
Swaffels will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
- Premixes, and
- Other food items
These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.
Swaffels will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The product does not match the sample or our description; and
- You can present your register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
Please note, in the case of gas, electrical and electronic products, Swaffels may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. If the product is determined to be faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample Swaffels will offer a repair or refund.
If you cannot present your Swaffels invoice or other acceptable proof of purchase Swaffels reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.
Swaffels reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
Your original Swaffels invoice is the best form of proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
